When Yves Klein conducted his Monontone Symphony while creating a conceptual art event, he declared, "The myth is in art." What did that mean? Was he trying to dispel the notion of artist as genius? Did he mean that anyone has the ability to create art?

First, what do you want to say? Next, how you would say it? Write a 150-word description of your concept.
