Faculty application: Faculty can submit Faculty Course Proposals (FCPs) through LA Campus. This date is for priority applications, late applications will be considered. Please email the LA program for late applications. 

Student application: Students can submit applications through LA Campus. *Only returning LAs are eligible to be LAs during the summer since there is not a pedagogy seminar. 

Matching period: Faculty select students to interview and match them to courses (LA Campus calls this "hiring" but we use that term for the HR process)

Deadline for priority hiring: The date by which students must be matched in order to have time to submit everything required by HR, so that they can start getting paid when classes start. This date is only important to LAs working for pay, not LAs working for service-learning hours (SLAs)
