A student complains to you that she feels uncomfortable in her group. You ask for more information, but her reply is vague. You haven’t witnessed anything directly, but she is an underrepresented minority student. There is also a group member who is neurodivergent. The student asks if she can switch to a different group that includes a good friend. What should you do?
