Thanks to everyone who attended the 2026 Fall Camporee! Scouts from 9 troops and 4 packs from Lackawanna District attended along with 2 troops from Chief Guyasuta District and 1 troop from Penn’s Woods District, and fun was had by all. In total, we had 148 people there: 92 Scouts and 56 adults. The theme was America 250, and stations were grouped into American Heritage, Cooking and Food, Pioneer Skills, Games and Sports, and Science and Technology. Some favorite stations including fishing, cooking cobblers in dutch ovens, and making candles out of beeswax. We also had an evening campfire (where every unit participated with a skit or a song) followed by a cider social.
Information about the 2027 Fall District Camporee is still to be determined.
