Please join KY INBRE’ s Genomics Training and Education Center (GTEC) for a Single-Cell Seminar Series on Nov 3, 4 and 12. 10X Genomics will talk to us about their latest single-cell and spatial transcriptomic assays. This seminar will be followed by Miltenyi who will introduce us to their latest advances in tissue dissociation as well as nuclei and mitochondria isolation. To wrap it up, Bioturing will introduce you to their analysis suite to visualize and interact with your single-cell, spatial transcriptomics and bulk RNASeq data.

To help provide training in light microscopy, the KY INBRE Imaging Training and Education Center will be offering a three-day, in-person, hands-on short course for Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors and graduate students from Kentucky colleges and universities.  

This course will include 17 hours of hybrid lecture/lab instruction and take place in the teaching labs of Western Kentucky University, Jan 4-6.
