Coach Julia Peci has managed in several companies in the hospitality industry which has also included partnerships with Homeland Security and VIP service to first-class clients in the travel world. She has also mentored and served as a career coach, as well as a counselor for underprivileged women going back into the workforce out of extreme poverty.
One of her roles has included Dress-for-Success Ambassador, internationally helping empower women to achieve economic independence through support and professional attire. In 2017, she was picked to walk the runway as one of the role models.
Having undergone a personal transformations herself, Coach Julia shares the tools of “creating momentum through purpose and direction,” which is her life mantra. She has been devoted to her mission and life’s purpose since she was 12 years old by way of her family’s dedication and leadership in the disadvantaged communities in El Salvador. She is as charming as she is unwavering in her journey to teach self-awareness through identifying, setting and committing to core values that lead to lasting success.
