Mr. Leonard Burg is Executive Vice President & CFO of Kweliworks. Mr. Burg helps individuals, relationships and organizations tap into their own inner spiritual resources to break through obstacles that impede success in life and business, Over the last 40+years, his holistic work has carried him from Harlem, NY to Europe, Africa, India, and South America, where he has organized or directed international initiatives and corporations. He graduated with distinction from Pace University in New York City, with a B.A. in Psychology and Journalism; and he is a Certified Teacher of the basic principles of an advanced Psycho-therapeutic technique, “Analytical Trilogy”, accredited by the Keppe & Pacheco college in Sao Paulo and Cambuquira Brazil. Mr. Burg is author of “Profit by Consciousness of Spirituality in the Workplace", a chapter in the bestselling "Better Business Book, volume 2", published by Authors Unite, 201. Additionally, is the Dean of “Empowering and Inspiring the mind Body and Soul Cluster of KweliWorks,” and Writer/Host of Kweliwork TV Shows.

Coach Katherine Maruri is the Vice President of Kweliworks. She a passionate, enlightened, inspirational empowerment educator and speaker. With a B.A. in psychology from Kean University in Union New Jersey and a master’s in Communication & Leadership from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. she has positively impacted the lives of thousands of entrepreneurs and college students. Her areas of specialized expertise include business development, communications, leadership and self-empowerment. She is the Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Host of Living The Life You Love TV Show. Additionally, she is Dean of KweliWorks 1) “Developing Your Self-Empowerment Skills Set”, “Triumph of the Human Spirit Against All Odds” and “Fit, Fashionable & Sexy” Clusters. Additionally, she is the Executive Producer/Writer/Host Kweliworks TV Shows, Marketing Executive, Development/Affiliate Development for Kweliworks.
Coach Mea Allman, CLC/HNC-C
Coach Mea Allman is the Vice President of Kweliworks. She's a Certified Professional Life Coach who encourages others to make, meet and exceed goals in both their personal & professional lives. She has used her success as a 21-year Breast Cancer Survivor and health advocate to launch the Ribbons of Survivors 36. It informs the public of how to survive and thrive in spite of various chronic illnesses and conditions. She has used an online publication that she created, KUOMagazine.com, and her status as a community liaison to bring awareness to the diverse cultures throughout State of Florida. In short, Mea Allman is a passionate Editor-in-chief, Journalist, Communication/Web Graphic Designer, Photographer/Videographer, PR & Marketing Consultant, Community Liaison, Certified Professional Life Coach, Radio Personality, and Cultural/Health Activist. Additionally, she is the Executive Producer/Technical Director, Writer/Promotion, Programing Development & Channel Management for all Kweliworks TV Shows.
Dr. Susan Kaye
Dr. Susan Kaye is the Vice President of Kweliworks. Dr. Susan Kaye is a sexual well-being specialist with a Ph.D. in Human Sexuality. She has 30 years of experience as a somatic practitioner. Beginning in 1985 when she worked and studied with the Sex Research team of Masters & Johnson. She has expertise as a tantra teacher, bodywork practitioner, massage therapist, and yoga instructor. She also has 20 years of working in the sexual health field as a Sexologist, Sex Coach, and Sex Educator. Susan believes that offering clients total mind-body wellness is essential to connecting them with talk therapists as well as somatic experts to support them to embody fully the healing they are seeking. Additionally, she is the Paid Program Development Secretary, Bookkeeper & Legal Counsel, and Executive Producer/Writer/Host of Sexual Healing TV Show produced by Dr. Susan Kaye and Kweliworks.
