Real Estate signage is not only important but mandatory for all licensed individuals who list property for sale or for rent. This identification is a call-to-action that promotes your business to the community, allow consumers to inquire on the property AND potentially generate buyer leads.
Important Notes (For Sale Signs):
- All For Sale/For Lease signs must be installed within 48 hours before or after the listing is marked LIVE on your respective Multiple Listing Service. Failure to do so may result in a fine by your location Real Estate Board.
- Each Keller Williams Capital District associate is responsible for the installation and maintenance of their Real Estate signs, throughout the listing process (including after the listing is marked off-market).

- Legal Name (unless fully implied in Team Logo/Name)
- Phone Number
- If a Cell Phone is added to the business card, it MUST be labeled as such; (c), (cell), (m), (mobile), etc.
- If an Office Phone is added to the business card, it does not have to be labeled.
- Website Address
- Official Brokerage Logo (user must identify the brokerage from that logo)
- Team Logos can be added, however, it must be approved by the Leadership Team. See next section for Team Logo Compliance Standards.
- Franchise Disclaimer - "Each Office Is Independently Owned and Operated"
- Can be in very small, yet readable text.
