Jonny assists new agents transitioning into Keller Williams Capital District by providing on-boarding and technology support. In addition to assisting with website, set-up and answering questions they may have. Jonny maintains the standards and identification guides for sign and business card compliance. Jonny also assists with instructing classes and brings many new classes to the Market Center, focusing on technology and social media. Don’t be shy if you have any question!

Marc is the Broker/Owner & Operating Principal, Marc institutes and maintains the highest level of ethical standards and levels of professionalism within the Keller Williams® Capital District Realty Market Center. The OP is responsible for the vision of the Market Center and holding the Team Leader accountable to that vision. Marc leads by example, with Keller Williams Capital District’s mission, vision, and values.

Carrie attracts seasoned & new real estate professionals to Keller Williams Capital District and ensures that the Market Center is receiving the best training. The TL introduces agents to the ready-made, proven strategies, systems and leadership solutions to keep you on track and on target. The Team Leader works closely with and is directly accountable to the OP while to meeting, overseeing your goals, and holding the MCA accountable.

Terressa recruits talented real estate professionals who are currently or presently licensed. Her other responsibilities include assisting the TL with leading each office meeting, research competition, and developing systems to help grow the Market Center. Terressa is a great resource with years of previous experience as a buyer’s agent. If you have a new agent referral please seek her out!
Questions I can answer:
Matt provides support and feedback to the OP and TL on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the Market Center. The MCA maintains bookkeeping, banking & agent billing as well as accounts payable & receivable. The MCA leads, supports and holds all staff members accountable to the goals of the Market Center.

Empowering agents to build successful businesses through support and accountability. Taking new agents from zero to cap and assisting non-capping associates to capping status. The productivity coach consults with our agents to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals and then holds them accountable to taking the necessary actions.

Courtney provide administrative support to the TL, MCA & ASC, along with all of the Sales Associates, helping to ensure that the Market Center is running smoothly. Courtney is the Communications Director, insuring that the communications throughout the three offices are running smoothly. Last but not least, she will meet and greet all guests at the front desk of our Market Center located at 935 New Loudon Road, Latham, NY.

Najla is the Compliance Director, her primary task is to insure that all associates throughout the offices are staying compliant with their transaction paperwork. She provides administrative assistance and manages this Business Center. Last but not least, they meet and greet all guests at the front desk of our Delmar Business Center located at 180 Delaware Avenue (Delaware Plaza), Delmar, NY.
