A "Greensheet" is defined as a statement of income that is the result of a closing transaction that you had with a buyer or seller. This statement only accepts the amount that Keller Williams Capital District (your brokerage) is receiving, along with any referrals or additional KWCD Associates are reviving on that specific transaction. ONE Greensheet must be submitted for each transaction that you are responsible for.

In this advanced Greensheet Module you will learn how to prepare and complete a Greensheet when your transaction involves a Seller's Concession/Contribution. A Seller's Concession is described as, when a home buyer asks the seller to pay costs on the home buyer's behalf. These costs could include: Title insurance. Processing fees. Origination
ADDING ANOTHER KWCD ASSOCIATION ON YOUR GREENSHEET
In this advanced Greensheet Module you will learn how to prepare and complete a Greensheet when your transaction involves another KWCD Association whether they are on involved on the same side as you OR is they represent the other side of that transaction. This is only valid if that individual is our of the same Market Center as you. If they are not, please see "Adding A Referral".
ADDING A REFERRAL TO YOUR GREENSHEET
In this advanced Greensheet Module you will learn how to prepare and complete a Greensheet when your transaction involves a Referral who is not receiving any volume or sales OR is an "outside" referee. This outside referee is defined as a non-Keller Williams Associate, who is receiving a payment based on the commission of sale in this transaction. Many referrals come from other Real Estate Associates.
