This course thought me about clinical reasoning, clinical judgment, and critical thinking. How to strengthen my clinical thinking skills to come up with sound judgement and my comprehension of the nurse's role in using critical thinking to support safe and effective care was improved. In addition, I was able to develop my capacity to become a critical thinker that is evidence-based practice using a common and true scenario that is really happening in a hospital or any health care facility. I was able to develop my understanding of the nurse's role as critical thinkers in the provision of safe nursing care and build my knowledge of the College of Nurses of Ontario requirements for new graduate nurses.
