Submissions

Authors are invited to submit an abstract of up to 250 words for both oral paper presentations and poster presentations.

Submission should include all following elements: title, author affiliation(s), abstract body, keywords, and optional references.

Abstracts must be submitted electronically via Google Forms.

The deadline for abstract submission is 5 June 2026. All submissions will undergo peer review, and authors will be notified of acceptance by 10 July 2026.

Accepted submissions will be included in the conference programme.

The official language of the conference is English.

At least one author of each accepted contribution is required to register for the conference and present the paper or poster.

Submissions sent by email or other means will not be considered.

Submissions will be included in the programme only if at least one author has completed conference registration by the specified deadline. Registration starts on 8 June 2026 via the conference webpage.
