Registration

Registration opens on 8 June 2026.

Please note that participation in the conference is free of charge. However, registration is mandatory due to limited capacity and organisational requirements. For non-presenters, please note that registration will remain open until capacity is reached.

As the venue capacity is limited, we aim to ensure that participation reflects a strong commitment to attending the conference. We therefore kindly ask prospective participants to register or submit abstracts only if they are reasonably certain they will be able to attend. At least one author of each accepted contribution must register and present the paper or poster.

Further details on the registration process will be provided closer to the opening date.
