Registration

Registration is open until 15 July 2026.

Please note that participation in the conference is free of charge. However, registration is mandatory due to limited capacity and organisational requirements. For non-presenters, please note that registration will remain open until capacity is reached and that submitting the registration form does not automatically confirm participation. All registrations will be reviewed by the organising committee, and participants will receive a separate confirmation email with further information. 

As the venue capacity is limited and as the conference aims to foster active discussion and exchange, we aim to ensure that participation reflects a strong commitment to attending the conference. We therefore kindly ask prospective participants to register or submit abstracts only if they are reasonably certain they will be able to attend. At least one author of each accepted contribution must register and present the paper or poster.
