KPARN forms are provided in PDF format only and should be downloaded, annotated, and returned as PDF documents. The default PDF software to use for that purpose is Adobe Acrobat Reader which is universal on all platforms and also free. This software has been shown to be adequate for annotation of KPARN forms. Any other software you have capable of filling in the forms is also acceptable. If they are to be returned, annotated forms should be emailed to KPARN.org@gmail.com as an email attachment. If necessary, print and fill out forms by hand then scan and return a PDF version or transcribe the annotations onto the soft-copy PDF form.
Some agencies KPARN could interface with may have other requirements (such as Excel forms). In that case, forms should use their standard formats.
Critical KPARN Forms The forms in this section are critical to have available during activations. They should be available during drills as well.
Don't assume they are on station, take them with you.
