Kaiser Permanente Medical Centers (Hospitals) that have on-premises dedicated stations to support emergency communications and participate in monthly KPARN drills.
Kaiser Permanente medical offices or related facilities that may be supported by KPARN in emergecy operations with portible, mobile, or hand-held radios.
KPARN net control facility: Kaiser Permanente Southern California Regional Offices "Walnut Center" (Pasadena). Note that Downey Medical Center is the alternate secondary net control location.
KPARN operates a UHF 440 repeater for tactical operations in the greater Los Angeles area. This repeater also have internet links to satellite repeaters where needed.
Note 1: that KPARN has agreements in place to utilize other repeater systems for emergencies and drills.
Note 2: The colocated 6m repeater used as the command channel is no longer in use and has been replaced by the CALNET linked repeater system
