The company designs and produces precision, custom-engineered components and assemblies that are critical to advanced manufacturing equipment, serving the semiconductor, display, medical, and aerospace industries. It is a key supplier to leading global semiconductor equipment makers and chipmakers. Its U.S. operations are led from a North American headquarters in Northern California, and the Irvine office serves as the company's Southern California hub and is expanding its role in technical sales, business development, and Americas finance and supply chain management. This Technical Sales Engineer will be a key member of that growing team.

[About the Role]

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This position works closely with senior management and internal departments to support financial planning and business decision-making. Strong Korean and English communication skills are required.

• Oversee monthly financial reporting and consolidation of domestic and international subsidiaries

• Review financial results, analyze variances, and provide financial insights to management

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning process

• Monitor actual performance against budget and provide recommendations on cost management and business performance

• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management

• Manage and supervise the Finance team and provide guidance on daily financial activities

• Coordinate with internal departments and subsidiaries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Support senior management with financial analysis and other strategic finance initiatives

[Qualifications]

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or related functions

• Strong experience with financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Team management or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Korean/English bilingual skills

• Experience with a multinational or Korean-headquartered company is a plus

Job Type & Pay Range :

• Full-time, Direct Hire

• $85,000+ / year (DOE & qualifications)
