[About the Company]

글로벌 전자·IT 기업의 Procurement(구매) 조직에서 근무할 Procurement Evaluation Analyst를 모집하고 있습니다. 본 포지션은 공급업체(Vendor) 등록, Risk 평가, Performance Evaluation, Compliance 관리 및 Procurement 시스템 운영을 담당하며, 구매 조직과 내부 사업 부서, Audit 조직 간의 핵심 연결 역할을 수행합니다.

[About the Role]

• Vendor Onboarding & Risk Management (공급업체 등록 및 Risk 관리)

       - 담당 Business Category의 Vendor Onboarding 프로세스 관리

       - 신규 공급업체 등록 요청 및 관련 문서 검토

       - 회사 Procurement Policy 기준에 따른 Risk 기반 사전 검토 수행

       - SEA ERP 시스템 내 Vendor Master Data 관리

       - Business Team에 공급업체 등록 절차 및 요구사항 안내

• Vendor Performance Evaluation (공급업체 성과 평가)

       - 주요 Samsung Vendor 대상 연간 Performance Evaluation 진행

       - Procurement Team 및 Business Team과 협업하여 공급업체 평가 관리

       - 내부 및 외부 Stakeholder(공급업체 포함)와 관계 구축

       - Vendor Performance 평가에 필요한 데이터 및 정보 수집

       - 평가 결과 분석 및 개선 방향 도출

• Improvement & Reporting (개선 및 보고)

       - Vendor Onboarding 프로세스 및 시스템 개선 기회 발굴

       - 평가 결과 기반 개선 계획(Corrective Action Plan) 수립

       - 문제 발생 Vendor에 대한 Escalation Plan 관리

       - Performance Evaluation 데이터 기록, 추적 및 관리

       - 경영진 보고용 분석 자료 및 Report 작성

• Procurement System Management

       - VERS 및 BQMS 시스템 활용 확대 지원

       - Procurement Process 준수 및 시스템 Adoption 관리

       - Audit 대응을 위한 데이터 관리 및 검토

[Required Qualifications]

• 학력: Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration 또는 관련 전공 학사 이상

• 경력: Purchasing, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Audit 또는 Project Management 관련 0~2년 이상 경력자

• MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint 활용 능력 필수

• 시스템: SAP 활용 경험 우대

• 데이터 분석 및 문제 해결 능력보유자

• 여러 프로젝트를 동시에 관리할 수 있는 능력

• 독립적으로 업무를 수행하며 Initiative를 가지고 추진 가능한 분

• Cross-functional Team 환경에서의 원활한 협업 능력

• 높은 윤리 의식과 Professionalism, 뛰어난 분석력 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

• 미국 내 합법적 근무 가능 신분

[Preferred Qualifications]

• 영어 / 한국어 Bilingual 가능자

• Samsung Procurement Process 경험자

• Vendor Management 및 Procurement System(VERS/BQMS) 경험자

• 글로벌 기업 구매 또는 Audit 업무 경험자

Location : Plano, TX (100% On-site)

Job Type & Pay Range :

• 장기 계약직 (12개월 / 연장 가능)

• $80,000 ~ $85,000
