글로벌 전자·IT 기업의 Procurement(구매) 조직에서 근무할 Marketing Procurement Business Analyst를 모집하고 있습니다. 본 포지션은 Retail Marketing, In-store Marketing, Shopper Marketing, POS 및 프로모션 관련 구매 프로젝트를 담당하며, 공급업체 경쟁 입찰, 계약 협상, Vendor Management 및 구매 프로세스 개선 업무를 수행하는 전략적 역할입니다.

[About the Role]

• Marketing Procurement Management (마케팅 구매 관리)

       - Retail Campaign, In-store Marketing, Shopper Marketing, POS 및 Promotion 관련 경쟁 입찰 및 견적 프로세스 주도

       - Marketing Initiative 관련 공급업체 선정 및 구매 전략 수립

       - Retail Marketing 실행을 위한 구매 프로젝트 관리

• RFx Management (입찰 프로세스 관리)

       - RFI(Request for Information), RFP(Request for Proposal), RFQ(Request for Quotation) 프로세스 개발 및 운영

       - Creative, Media, Print, Digital 및 Retail Activation Agency/Supplier 대상 RFx 이벤트 관리

       - 공급업체 평가 및 최적의 구매 조건 도출

• Procurement Policy & Compliance

       - 미국 SEA Procurement 및 글로벌 수원 본사의 구매 정책 기준에 따른 경쟁 입찰 프로세스 관리

       - Compliance 및 Internal Audit 대응을 위한 보고서 작성

       - 구매 절차 및 회사 정책 준수 여부 관리

• Project Planning & Sourcing Strategy

       - Marketing 및 Retail Business Team과 협업하여 연간/시즌별 Marketing Plan 기반 Sourcing Roadmap 수립

       - 프로젝트 우선순위 관리 및 구매 일정 계획 지원

       - Retail 특성에 맞는 가격 및 계약 조건 협상 전략 실행

• Contract & Vendor Management

       - 협상된 가격 및 업무 범위가 계약 조건에 정확히 반영되었는지 검토

       - 계약 전 Commercial Term 검토 및 문제점 수정 관리

       - 신규 Marketing Vendor 검토 및 등록 관리

       - 공급업체 중복, Risk 및 Preferred Supplier Strategy 적합성 검증

• Process Improvement

       - Marketing Procurement Workflow 및 Tool(BQMS, CLM, Intake Form 등) 개선 사항 발굴

       - 구매 시스템 및 업무 프로세스 개선 지원

[Required Qualifications]

• 학력: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management 또는 관련 전공 학사 이상

• 경력: 구매(Procurement) 또는 관련 분야 경력 보유자 (Samsung Procurement 또는 관련 업무 경험 10년 이상 우대)

• Marketing Procurement 및 Retail Campaign 관련 전문 경험 보유자

• Strategic Sourcing, Competitive Bidding, Contract Negotiation, Vendor Management 경험

• 복잡한 구매 프로세스를 분석하고 관리할 수 있는 능력 및 뛰어난 협상/커뮤니케이션 능력

• MS Excel 및 ERP 시스템 활용 능력 (SAP, Oracle 등 ERP 경험 우대)

• 다양한 데이터 소스를 분석하여 Spreadsheet, Chart, Graph, Report 작성 가능자

• 빠른 업무 환경에서 여러 프로젝트를 독립적으로 관리할 수 있는 능력

• 미국 내 합법적 근무 가능 신분

[Preferred Qualifications]

• 영어 / 한국어 Bilingual 가능자

• 글로벌 기업 또는 삼성 관련 Procurement 경험자

• 미국 및 한국 조직 간 협업 경험자

Location : Plano, TX (100% On-site)

Job Type & Pay Range :

• 장기 계약직 (12개월 / 연장 가능)

• $80,000 ~ $85,000
