글로벌 전자·IT 기업의 Procurement(구매) 조직에서 근무할 Sourcing / Procurement Business Analyst를 모집하고 있습니다. 본 포지션은 구매 프로젝트 관리, RFP 운영, 공급업체 관리, BQMS 시스템 활용 및 교육을 담당하며, Marketing Procurement 지원 및 구매 프로세스 개선을 수행하는 역할입니다.

[About the Role]

• Sourcing & Procurement Management (구매 프로세스 관리)

       - SEA Procurement 조직 및 내부 프로젝트 관련 Sourcing / Procurement 업무 독립 수행

       - Marketing Procurement 지원을 위한 Bid 및 Quote 프로세스 관리

       - 공급업체 대상 Tactical Negotiation(구매 협상) 수행

       - 구매 프로젝트 전반의 일정 및 진행 상황 관리

• RFP Management (입찰 관리)

       - 단순~중간 수준 복잡도의 RFP 프로세스를 End-to-End로 운영

       - 시장 조사(Market Research) 수행

       - RFP 문서 작성 및 공급업체 커뮤니케이션 관리

       - 입찰 결과 분석 및 최적 공급업체 선정 지원

• BQMS & Vendor Management

       - BQMS(Sourcing Management System) 활용 확대 및 공급업체 관리

       - Samsung Procurement Guideline 준수를 통한 Risk 관리

       - Vendor Onboarding 프로세스 지원

       - 내부 Procurement Team 및 Marketing Business Unit과 협업하여 P2P(Process-to-Pay) 프로세스 정착 지원

• Training & Process Improvement

       - 내부 및 외부 사용자를 대상으로 BQMS Training 진행

       - 시스템 활용 현황 지속 모니터링 및 개선

       - Procurement Process 관련 문제 및 공급업체 이슈 해결

       - Vendor Compliance 정기 검토 및 관리

• Data Analysis & Reporting

       - 프로젝트 진행 현황 및 결과 추적을 위한 Data Repository 구축 및 관리

       - Procurement Metrics 분석 및 Audit Report 작성

       - 지속적인 Process Improvement 기회 발굴

       - Operating Manual 및 Procedure 작성 지원

[Required Qualifications]

• 경력: Procurement, Sourcing 또는 관련 분야 경험 보유자

• MS Office: MS Project, Excel (Advanced: Macro, Data Analysis 등), Word, PowerPoint 필수

• 시스템: SAP 활용 경험 우대

• 데이터 기반 문제 해결 능력 보유자 (Spreadsheet, Chart, Graph, Report 작성 가능자)

• 꼼꼼하고 체계적인 업무 처리 능력

• 여러 프로젝트를 동시에 관리할 수 있는 Multi-tasking 능력

• 빠른 업무 환경에서 독립적으로 업무 수행 가능자

• 내부 조직 및 외부 Vendor와 원활한 관계 구축 능력

• 미국 내 합법적 근무 가능 신분

[Preferred Qualifications]

• 영어 / 한국어 Bilingual 가능자

• 글로벌 기업 Procurement 경험자

• Samsung Procurement Process 경험자

• BQMS 운영 또는 Training 경험자

• Vendor Management 경험자

Location : Plano, TX (100% On-site)

Job Type & Pay Range :

• 장기 계약직 (12개월 / 연장 가능)

• $75,000
