2018 February - An Evening of Reflection with Sr Kathy Sherman CSJ, an accomplished songwriter, performer and speaker, for parishioners and family of St Francis Xavier. Wednesday February 21 at 7:30 pm in Joyce Hall. Free event. Free-will donations for Congregation of St Joseph accepted. Light refreshments and sweets following Sr Kathy’s presentation.

2017 Aug 9 Knights of Columbus Honor Guard for returning Freedom Flight at Midway for 107 WWII & Korea vets. Bagpipes & drum corp, brass band, and 3000 cheering family and friends. Amazing experience.

The 3^rd Annual Bowling Knights event took place on March 15th at Forest Lanes in Lyons with bowlers and non-bowlers alike in attendance. The medalist with the high mark for the evening was Beau Medlock. All in all a fun evening! Thank you John Kent and family for organizing.

Another fun night of Bunco. What a great way to enjoy our brother knights, spouses, and families. There were many laughs, fun stories and terrific prizes. All those that attended had a wonderful time. We're all looking forward to another Bunco evening in the future. Smile!

What a Deal Card Party in Memory of Jack McMurrayWe hope to see you this Wednesday March 18, 2015 for the Annual Card Party! Please bring your spouse/significant other for an evening of cards, conversation and fun. We will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the lower level rectory meeting room at St. Francis Xavier. It doesn't matter whether you skills are well-honed or rusty, or knowledge of games extensive or novice - please come for a great time together!

I will be supplying the decks, chips, a few other games - we bought a second Tripoly to accommodate growing interest, as well as some snacks, drinks (with and without octane). Worthy Brother Joe Discipio has planned to supply sandwiches and a cake from his cousin the baker (Thank you Worthy Brothers!) Please consider bringing food to share, and/or drinks. Door prizes will again be offered - you need not have won at anything all night, but you must be present to win. Hope to see you Wednesday!
