This Fall: Basics of Aikido

Join us for these special classes designed for participants to practice basic concepts in Aikido -- safely avoiding an attack and responding properly when tripped or thrown. No martial arts experience necessary. Practice well, and when you fall, you’ll be ready. You only need three things for this class: a baggy shirt, long athletic/stretchy pants and a water bottle. See you on the mat!
