Reversal is a type of random mutation that is present in Kodai, where markings are often 'reversed' in their rules.
Reversal will effect markings that have specific rules on how light or dark they are.
You can choose whether Reversal can change one marking, or all of them.
The above is Fawn with Dun and Thylacine, with the Reversal mutation. Dun barring and stripes can now be lighter than the base coat, and the Thylacine stripes can now be lighter, with the gradient being darker.
If Reversal is present on a design where there are no markings that are dictated by a lighter or darker rule, it changes how the mutation displays. It means that a single marking can be chosen to display two colors instead of one.
