New clothes/outfits can be purchased in the Fitting Room. Ladies can make new clothes in the Fashion House.
All clothes are stored in the Backpack in the Fitting Room. Click you character for a shortcut to the Backpack.
Click the Fitting Room to access more options
Click the Ruby counter + sign each day and take the free gift from there
Check the Upgrade tab in your Airship and apply any upgrades you have earned, this can save fuel and add capacity to the Airship.

Before creating a colony on a land make sure you have chopped all Clay, Iron, Gold, Silver, Malachite and any other rare resources first.
