IMPORTANT: Game transfer has been temporarily suspended!
The developers will transfer your game for you. You will need to supply them with some information:
- your game ID
- the email associated with your Facebook account
- game level
- game name
- Idols name (if you have an idol)
You can chat to support , click the little chat icon at the very bottom right corner.
Or you can email them: click here
Your game will remain on Facebook too so you will have two games.
The games will not synchronise.
Your friends will not transfer, they belong to Facebook and you will need to add new friends.
You will also lose your Idols and betrothed (if you have one) and any progress you have made in the marriage lands.
Vizor Interactive, the game developers, have released their own game portal!
Knights & Brides is now available on the new portal.
This is Vizor's own platform, it's not linked to any social network. This is a new development from Vizor and one that many players will welcome.

Log in
The site is not connected to Facebook so you should make a new account here although you can login with Facebook or Google if you want to.
You can click 'Sign up' and make a new account now, or you can do it later, just sign in with Facebook for now.
If you signed in with Facebook go to step 3
We strongly recommend that you do make a new account later. If you are ever locked out of your Facebook account for any reason, you will not be able to log into the portal with Facebook. We strongly recommend making your own account on the portal.
Step 2
If you decide to make a new account now....
Click 'Sign up' and enter your email address and a new password. Make sure you remember your password. Write it down and keep it in a safe place.
Check the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy check box and 'Sign up'
If you chose to Login with Facebook move to the next step.
Step 3
You will be prompted to transfer your Facebook game to the new portal!
You must click 'Continue with Facebook'!!
If you want to start from the beginning then just click 'Skip'
Step 4
Allow access so your game can be copied. You must do this to transfer your game.
If you are not logged into Facebook you'll be able to do it here without leaving the K&B portal.
Step 5
Make sure this is your account and it is the game you want transferred. If you have multiple Facebook accounts you can change the account here by clicking 'Have another account?"
Don't worry, if you have multiple accounts you can transfer them all, one by one. You will need a new account for each of them though.
Click 'Transfer this progress'
Click 'Continue' Please wait for your game to load, this may take a while.
Done! Congratulations!
Please note that you can only transfer your progress before you start playing on K&B-online.
Each game progress can be transferred just once.
We will not be able to transfer your game if your account is banned.
If you have any problems contact the support team, you find 'Support' links at the top of the game page and again under your game page.
Some more steps to set up your account
Get an avatar!
Look in the top right corner.. click the name or number
Click My Account, this will take you to settings.

Click the blank picture to add your own avatar.
Click to edit your name, you can use any name for the game.
You can change email and reset passwords here too, set your currency and country if they are incorrect.
Copy your new ID here by clicking the copy icon at the end of your ID number
Check the news
Found at the top left of your game screen.
Make sure to check the NEWS daily, here you will find all game news normally found on the Fan Page PLUS free gift links just for K&B-online!
You can of course keep reading the Fan Page but links there will not work on K&B-online.
FAQ
The new portal may not be for you!
We suggest playing both games for a few days to get used to the some of the changes. Remember when you transfer your game it will be identical to your Facebook game, but the two games will not synchronise.
If you are betrothed, your partner will have to be added again in the new portal. Any Lands of Love progress will be lost.
You will not have any neighbours, but adding players is quite easy.
Help! My game is back at level 1
You will need to make a new account on the Portal. Step 2 above
Use a new email address and password.
Do not sign in with Facebook until you are prompted to transfer your progress (you don't need a google account or any other account)
Wait until you are prompted to transfer your game, then allow access to Facebook.
Important!
Game progress can only be transferred Before you start playing.
You can only transfer your game progress once, so make sure you are logged into your correct Facebook account, the one you use to play K&B.
Will my Facebook game and Vizor-online be the same game?
When you first transfer, yes, they will be the same BUT they will not synchronise. Actions done in the Facebook game will not reflet in Vizor's game.
Actions done in Vizor will not reflect in Facebook. TIP: play both games for a day or two to get the hang of things.
Can I play both games?
Yes, if you want to. We suggest you do play both games for a few days. There are some differences between them.
I don't have any neighbours!! Help!!
It is impossible to transfer your neighbour over. But adding neighbours here is super easy. Anyone playing on the site is available for you to add unless they have checked "Don't offer me as a neighbour"
You will have a new ID number too ! You can share this with your existing Facebook friends, and your Partner.
Where is my betrothed!!!
Your neighbours will not transfer with your game, so you will lose your betrothed too, but, do not despair! Ask them to transfer their game then you can add them again on the new portal. NOTE: If you are doing the Land of Love series this will reset with the new portal. It is not possible to transfer this data.

I don't want to use the new portal, can I keep playing on Facebook?
Don't worry, the game is not going away from Facebook, the portal is just another way for players to access the world of K&B.
I just transferred my game and I can't hire any workers, I don't have any neighbours.
Don't worry, adding is easy, you'll have some in no time.
How many neighbours can I have?
For now it's limited to 500, but this limit will increase.
What about my Facebook Group?
The portal is not a social media site so you can't have groups there, your existing Facebook group/s still have a very important role to play. The games are identical, about the only thing that may change is you'll have two different 'Add Me' posts, one for the new portal and one for Facebook.
Everything else in your group will be 100% relevant to both games 🙂
Can I delete my Facebook account now?
Yes, if you really want to. You should think about this first and make sure you don't want your Fb account. BUT you must make a new account with K&B-online first. You may have already done this. If you are still using your Facebook account to log into K&B-online you won't be able to do this if you delete your Facebook account.
Do I have to make a new account on K&B-online?
No you don't have to, but you should! This is why. If you are ever locked out of your Facebook for any reason you will not be able to log into the portal with your Facebook account. We strongly recommend making your own account on the portal.
What will happen to my rubies?
Your rubies will come over with your game transfer, nothing will be lost. Your game will be identical.
What is a portal? What is a platform?
A portal is a website or web page providing access or links to other sites. Eventually other web based games will be added here.
A platform is the design and build behind the portal, it governs how it will work.
For our purposes we can use platform/portal/site interchangeably. You'll hear it referred to also as K&B site or Vizor site.
Can I transfer my game later? Is there a cut off date?
You can transfer you game at any time, there is no deadline.
