Goals

• Help schools integrate ISTE standards into their daily procedures.
• Be a change agent for students and staff of incorporating 21st century teaching practices into daily activities.
• Build a network of support teachers and students that want to share knowledge and content on how to incorporate new tools for learning.

Future Plans

My future plans are to continue build professional learning networks that can be shared easily with fellow students and staff at all levels. I am build a database for students and teachers to help share powerful lessons with each other, through LessonplanDB . I am also growing my social media presence through Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Through these outlets I am building social networks that reinforce the themes of ISTE standards of connecting to fellow educators in a healthy responsible way. Sharing information and content to help build knowledge of products that work for 21st century learning and free online professional developments that can easily shared a learned. Through the last two years in my Educational Technology Master's Program at CSUF has taught me that education is import for all people to become better at their job. This includes students to the administration at all schools. I must be a voice that helps them grow their knowledge to build structures and systems that support students and staff in the 21st century. Technology is important part for all people to understand how to correctly use in their own way. These tools can be used to help facilitate learning in and out of class. Can also be used to help teachers and staff learn how better to serve their students and community.

I plan on continuing my education with working towards my higher education classes at CSUF. Also learning from some of the new forms that I have learned about with MOOCS and professional developments on social media outlets. I am going to continue push myself to learn to improve my craft and help others with technology and education leading the way. Many programers use open source applications to share their tools and thoughts and I want to bring those ideas into education for teachers and educators to better serve their communities. I plan on helping closing the gap of education disparity through education so all students have an equal playing field. I look forward to working with you and your team.
