PSYCH-K®

As a Physical Therapist and Feldenkrais practitioner for over 30 years, I have experienced over and over how quickly the brain can reprogram itself through precise, gentle movements resulting in more  flexibility and decreased pain.

Those movement patterns were often created as a response to a life event and become habitual even though they no longer serve the person, or even have started to create pain or stiffness. 


So it  was really exciting for me to discover that, through Psych-K, the same idea of using movement and postures to reprogram habitual brain patterns could be applied, but this time to reprogram limiting beliefs in our subconscious mind.  


After Reading Dr Lipton’s book “The Biology of Belief”, and watching videos from the creator of Psych-K, I decided to try it for myself. At first to help me in my business, with learning to be comfortable dealing with money, and with the ever present imposter syndrome that prevented me from sharing my knowledge with my patients and colleagues.


And then, as a way to manage stress when confronted with a very difficult time dealing with a family member’s medical issues. In each of my sessions with a facilitator, I experienced increased relaxation, calmness, and inner peace, often in just minutes.


All these experiences led to my decision to attend the Level 1 and Level 2 workshops to become  a Psych-K facilitator and  share this wonderful process with the world.
