The Weekly Online Feldenkrais Classes include one live online Feldenkrais Awareness Class every week that is designed to rewire your brain for easier movement and help you feel younger and more flexible.

Each lesson begins with a mini practical anatomy demonstration that is directly related to the lesson, as well as the opportunity to discuss your specific challenges and ask questions.

Feldenkrais for Riders Basic Course


Feldenkrais for Riders Basic Course covers the seven blind spots that most riders struggle with and can’t seem to resolve. Each lesson includes a practical anatomy review that enables you to visualize how you can change/modify/improve your movement patterns for a better ride for your horse. Catherine Wycoff draws from her own experience as a rider and shares these important improvements in a way that is easy for you to understand and implement.

Feldenkrais for Riders develops your ability to self-assess your movement and learn how to use gentle movement exploration to improve your comfort and equestrian performance. Each lesson has a direct link to a movement to practice on your next ride.

Feldenkrais for Riders Advanced Course


Once you have successfully completed the Feldenkrais for Riders Basic Course, you can build on that knowledge through the Feldenkrais for Riders Advanced Course.

This course significantly deepens your understanding and tools beyond the seven blind spots most riders struggle with and can’t seem to resolve. It leverages from the Basic Course and helps you take your riding to a further enhanced level of confidence, performance, and comfort.
