Start with a base of a dry play material:

• Rice

• Dry beans

• Popcorn kernels

• Sand

• Dirt

• Bird Seed

• Easter grass

• Water beads

• Pasta

• Water

Add other small items - small toys, letters, beads, erasers, buttons, cups, scoops, spoons to use for scooping
