KDD believes that the home is the child's first classroom. We are a cooperative program that invites parents to be both present in the school and also actively participate in our program. Through classroom volunteering, family nights, and community building events, parents are fully emersed within our program. We find that having such a strong partnership with families creates an inclusive environment, supports children's learning, and helps the children feel more grounded in our program.
