Patients without CKD:
Children without CKD: use pediatric values for 95%ile
Adults: cutoff value to be used per JNC/AHA guidelines
Day SBP = 135 mmHg
Day DBP = 85 mmHg
Night SBP = 120 mmHg
Night DBP = 75 mmHg
Patients with CKD / on dialysis / after kidney transplant:
Use pediatric values for 95%ile
Adult cutoff value to be used per the new ACC/AHA guidelines
Day SBP = 130 mmHg
Day DBP = 80 mmHg
Night SBP = 110 mmHg
Night DBP = 65 mmHg
