Pitch Contest Info:
Submit a short pitch (100 words or less) of a zombie story that you'd like help reviving
Submit your pitch to the form on Friday, June 21, 2024 by 11:59 EST
One entry per person
Picture books only (just for the pitch, anyone can participate in the events to learn and grow as a writer and the pledge contest)
At least 3 winners will be selected by our group and we'll all give each winners a group critique to help revive your dead story

Justin Colón is a children's author whose forthcoming picture books include The Quacken (illustrated by Pablo Pino), Impossible Possums & Impossible Possum for Mayor (illustrated by James Rey Sanchez), The Zombees (illustrated by Kaly Quarles), and Vampurr (illustrated by Lenny Wen). He offers editorial services, webinars, classes, and mentorship through his small business, The Kidlit Hive. In his other life, Justin is a professional, formally trained voice and on-camera actor and SAG-AFTRA member who has co-starred on hit shows such as Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Gotham, and Sneaky Pete.
