The Construction Department's Production Section in Lebanon produces rockets and attack drones and provides technical assistance to the Construction Department, the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. As part of its activity, the Production Section procured various means that contributed to its chemical advancement, including the production of fuel and warheads for missiles.

The production array operates in workshops and plants set up by Hamas in Lebanon, without the knowledge of Hezbollah or the Lebanese authorities.

The Production Section is responsible for establishing R&D and production capabilities for rockets, drones and quality weapons. It also provides technical support and help with procurement for the Construction Department, the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

As part of the production section's work plan regarding rockets and drones, its operatives are striving to complete production of 500 rockets with a range of 40-80 km and 12 drones, some of which will be suicide drones, in the next few years. The production section is also involved in a project to obtain a surface-to-surface guided missile with a 20 km range.

يعمل قسم التصنيع في دائرة الإعمار على تصنيع الصواريخ والطائرات الهجومية المسيرة بالإضافة لتقديم الدعم الفني لدائرة الاعمار، لغزة والضفة الغربية.
يعمل قسم التصنيع في دائرة الإعمار على تصنيع الصواريخ والطائرات الهجومية المسيرة بالإضافة لتقديم الدعم الفني لدائرة الاعمار، لغزة والضفة الغربية.
وقد اقتنى قسم التصنيع، ضمن نشاطاته، معدات مختلفة ساهمت في احراز تقدم في المجال الكيميائي ومنه إنتاج الوقود والرؤوس الحربية للصواريخ.

وتعمل منظومة التصنيع في الورش والمعامل التي اقامتها حماس في الاراضي اللبنانية بعيداً عن أعين السلطات اللبنانية او حتى حزب الله. كما يقوم قسم التصنيع بإعداد الكوادر البشرية المؤهلة في قوة الشمالي وقوة خالد علي لإطلاق الصواريخ.
