Military Intelligence Section
The Military Intelligence Section, headed by Khaled Al-Bashiri, is responsible for the Construction Department’s intelligence activity, including using information collection tools, creating a bank of targets, and developing operational infrastructure for terror attacks. The section's activity, especially the activity of the covert collection sub-unit, is considered compartmentalized, even within the movement itself. This activity includes collecting information and creating an intelligence picture on Israeli and Jewish targets around the world. The section is manned mainly by Palestinians with foreign citizenship (Yemen, Sudan, and others), who use various sources to obtain information: Open sources such as social media, websites, and news websites.

To carry out this activity, operatives from the Military Intelligence Section undergo special intelligence and Hebrew-language training. The operatives are based permanently in Turkey and Lebanon.

يتولى قسم الاستخبارات العسكرية الذي يترأسه خالد البشيري، مسؤولية العمل الاستخباري لدائرة الإعمار. ويشمل هذا العمل استخدام وسائل لجمع المعلومات وإعداد بنك أهداف وتشكيل شبكات عملياتية لتنفيذ عمليات تخريبية. وتحمل نشاطات القسم وخاصة تلك التي تقوم بها وحدة جمع المعلومات السرية التابعة له صفة الكتمان والخفاء حتى داخل الحركة نفسها، حيث تشمل هذه النشاطات جمع المعلومات ووضع صورة معلوماتية عن اهداف إسرائيلية ويهودية في أنحاء العالم. إن أغلب عناصر القسم هم فلسطينيون يحملون جنسيات أجنبية مختلفة (منها اليمنية والسودانية وإلى ما هنالك من الجنسيات)، ويقوم هؤلاء العناصر باستخدام مصادر شتّى من أجل استخلاص المعلومات ومن بينها مصادر علنية مثل شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ومواقع الانترنت والأخبار، ومصادر سرية بما في ذلك الدوريات الميدانية وتجنيد المصادر وتحريكها. وتمهيدًا لتنفيذ هذا النشاط خضع عناصر قسم الاستخبارات العسكرية لتدريبات خاصة في مجالي الاستخبارات واللغة العبرية. ويقيم عناصر القسم في تركيا ولبنان بشكل دائم.
