Project Sa'ad

Project Sa'ad is a cover project for production of SSR in Lebanon, lad by the Khaled Ali Unit, witch is subordinate to Hamas's Construction Department.

The project personnel are involved in chemistry and mechanics and work under civilian cover. They hide the materials and equipment required for production in innocuous civilian facilities and warehouses in Lebanese population centers, in order to hide their activity from the Lebanese authorities.

The head of the project is Ali Mustafa Hijazi, a Hamas operative and number of Jamaa Al-Islamia. The Construction Department views Jamaa Al-Islamia, all citizens of Lebanon, as a partner, and the two bodies pursue corroboration that includes aid, joint training and meetings between the political echelons. The two organizations share a building that is used as headquarters, the Aref Center.

مشروع سعد

تدير حركة حماس مشروع سري في لبنان لتصنيع الصواريخ تطلق عليه اسم "مشروع سعد" الذي يقوم بنشاطاته بادارة وحدة "خالد علي" التابعة لدائرة الاعمار

العاملون في "مشروع سعد" يعملون على اخفاء نشاطهم في مجال تصنيع الصواريخ عن عيون السلطات اللبنانية، وذلك عن طريق القيام بنشاطهم في مجالات الكيمياء والميكانيك تحت سواتر نشاطات مدنية، كما يقومون بتخزين المواد والتجهيزات الخاصة بتصنيع الصواريخ في مستودعات ومباني في اماكن مأهولة

المشرف العام على المشروع هو المدعو علي مصطفى حجازي / عنصر في حركة حماس ينتمي الى الجماعة الاسلامية والتي تضم في صفوفها مواطنين لبنانيين فقط. تعتبر دائرة الإعمار الجماعة الاسلامية شريكاً لها حيث تسعى كلتا الجهتين الى ايجاد تعاون بينهما فيما يخص التدريبات المشتركة وتقديم المساعدات وعقد اللقاءات بين المسؤولين السياسيين. كما ويتخذ التنظيمان من مركز عارف مقراً مشتركا لهما
