Exposure of the al-Zaytunah project: How Hamas builds terror squads abroad

• The security bodies in the Philippines recently exposed how Hamas is building military capabilities outside the Gaza Strip to mount attacks against Israeli and Jewish targets worldwide.

• The information they published comes from an investigation into a Philippine citizen who was detained by the authorities in Manila and accused of being the head of the local Hamas terror network in the country.

• The Philippine citizen said that he worked for the Jihad Liaison Section of Hamas's Construction Department.

• We are now revealing for the first time that the Philippine citizen is Khairoden Balimbang.

• Exclusive information we have obtained indicates that the affair has expanded beyond the Philippines to additional locations including Thailand and Africa.

• The terror network disrupted in the Philippines is part of a project known as al-Zaytunah—a project for recruiting and training Hamas proxy squads from Jihadi organizations around the world, led by the Jihad Liaison Section. As you may recall, three senior members of the Jihad Liaison Section, including Faris al-Shekhly, the head of the section himself, the head of the section’s Asia Unit, Mahmoud Said Mahmoud Alshajrawi, and the head of the section's Africa Unit, Awam Taha Mohammed Nasser, are wanted by Interpol for their activity for this section of the Construction Department.

• New information indicates that in addition to the network in the Philippines, Hamas is trying to recruit and train additional squads in Asia and Africa. In Thailand, we have identified an attempt by Hamas to recruit squads from the Pattani United Liberation Organization (PULO), a quasi-military organization working to liberate the Pattani province in the south of the country. Hamas’s efforts are being promoted, inter alia, by a member of PULO’s Supreme Council, Arief Mukhtar, who has distinct ties with the Turkish IHH, which is known as an organization that maintains ties with militant Islamist organizations around the world for influence purposes.

• كشفت اجهزة الامن الفلبينية مؤخرا النقاب عن أسلوب حماس في بناء القدرات العسكرية خارج قطاع غزة لصالح تنفيذ العمليات الارهابية ضد أهداف اسرائيلية ويهودية في انحاء العالم.

• هذا وتعتمد المعلومات المنشورة على التحقيق مع مواطن فليبيني تم توقيفه من قبل السلطات الفلبينية بتهمة كونه رئيس شبكة حماس الارهابية المحلية في البلاد.

• ذكر الموقوف انه كان يعمل لصالح قسم العلاقات الجهادية التابع لدائرة الاعمار لحركة حماس. وفضحت المعلومات أسلوب حماس في بناء القدرات العسكرية خارج قطاع غزة لصالح تنفيذ العمليات الارهابية ضد أهداف اسرائيلية ويهودية في انحاء العالم. والآن نكشف لأول مرة ان الفلبيني المذكور يدعى ( Khairoden Balimbang ).

• كما تشير معلومات حصرية وردتنا بان المشروع قد توسع من الفلبين الى الخارج مثلا الى تايلاند وافريقيا.

• ان الخلية الارهابية التي تم افشالها في الفلبين جزء من مشروع الزيتونة الرامي الى تجنيد وتدريب خلايا من العناصر العاملة لصالح حماس بالوكالة من ضمن عناصر التنظيمات الجهادية المنتشرة عالميا، الامر الذي يشرف عليه قسم العلاقات الجهادية. كما نتذكر جيدا ان ثلاثة من مسؤولي قسم العلاقات الجهادية ومنهم الشيخلي ذاته ورئيس وحدة افريقيا التابعة للقسم محمود سعيد محمود الشجراوي ورئيس وحدة آسيا التابعة للقسم عوام طه محمد ناصر مطلوبون جميعا من قبل الانتربول بسبب عملهم لصالح قسم العلاقات الجهادية التابع لدائرة الاعمار.

• وتشير معلومات حديثة بان الحركة تعمل على تجنيد وتشكيل وتدريب خلايا أخرى في آسيا وافريقيا وذلك الى جانب شبكة الفلبين. هذا ورصدت محاولة حماس تجنيد العناصر من صفوف تنظيم

وهو تنظيم شبه عسكري يعمل على تحرير محافظة باتاني جنوب تايلاند، مستعينة ايضا بعضو المجلس الأعلى للتنظيم المذكور عارف مختار، علما بان الاخير على علاقة واضحة بتنظيم هيئة الاغاثة والمساعدات الانسانية التركي المعروف بارتباطاته بتنظيمات إسلامية عسكرية في العالم لغايات استحداث النفوذ والتاثير.
