 My Role

• Programmed the controller in C++ for motor actuation and ultrasonic sensors for autonomous features

• Handled system integration of electronics and assembly of the robot

• Designed a prototype circuit diagram in KiCad and assembled the PCB for testing

• Documented Bill of Material (BOM) and Operation Manual

NSG Thowbot (POC)- A throw-able Surveillance Robot

My Role

• Project Coordinator

• Prototype for National Security Guard (NSG) bid

• Generated scripts in Python for actuation and communication with a remote controller over TCP/IP

•  Designed an automatic flipping feature based on the state of the robot using an IMU (with multithreading)

• Tested the wireless communication architecture for the robot in a radius of 100m over

• Conducted an extensive two-month test for the prototype and generated test reports

• Documented BOM, Project Specification Sheet, Project Layout Design

Switch Automation with 4-Axis Gantry

My Role

• Generated the motion control code for the Gantry System

• Optimized cycle time from 1:56 to 0:54 mins

• Handled the wiring for power supply and datalogger at the client site

SCE- Water Tank Cleaning Machine
