I believe students need to participate in team building activities throughout the year. The activities can get more difficult as they grow their relationship.

Hot Seat
During Hot Seat, one student is 'it' and sits in the Hot Seat facing away from the board while the class describes the character, place, thing on the board with only 1 word at a time and without giving it away. Students in the Hot Seat must guess who/what is being described without looking!
