Mantras possess power through their sound vibrations, which can positively influence physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Chanting mantras can promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve focus and concentration. Their power can be used in various ways: during meditation, to set intentions, or as affirmations to support a particular mindset, and connect with one's inner self and the divine. They can also be chanted in groups, amplifying the collective energy and fostering a sense of unity.
Join Kelley as we learn to exercise our voices for positivity and healing through the sacred practice of Mantra’s. And find out the who, what, where and when of Mantras, practice the bija – seed sounds and experience jappa and bhakti style mantras. Kelley created the Witch 101 Series to bring together those of like mind and inquiring minds into space where we can have a forum to learn and to ask those questions that linger in your mind. It is a space where we can ask questions in regards to practicing as a witch, to clarify, to dispel the “….but how do I” queries, to de-mystify and have open conversations with other pagans and witches. Here questions are encouraged and nothing is too silly to ask – let us help one another move deeper into our magickal practices with confidence, courage and dedication.
In this BOS workshop you will discuss the purpose and use of the Witches’ Book Of Shadows while you hand bind your own book. Topics will include use of herbs to protect & bless your BOS, as well as talismans, sigils and spells. The workshop will finish with a ritual blessing for our new Book Of Shadows.

CONNECT WITH SPIRIT

Join others as we learn to connect to spirit and understand why it’s important to nurture that connection and exercise our intuitive muscle. In this circle, we will engage in a guided meditation to find and connect to our highest self and ask for help as we develop and acknowledge our intuitive gifts. In this interactive workshop we will ask spirit to help us while we practice various ways to receive messages for ourselves and each other. We will also practice a variety of other spiritual modalities such as astral projecting, psychometry and even mediumship. Every circle is different and exciting as we each begin to realize we were all born with the ability to receive messages from beyond.

MUDRAS – THE POWER IN OUR HANDS

Mudras are symbolic hand gestures, body postures, or even eye positions used in yoga, meditation, and various spiritual traditions like Hinduism and Buddhism. They are believed to channel and direct energy (prana) within the body, influencing physical, mental, and emotional states. Let’s find the power in our hands as we learn a selection of hand mudras to benefit our body, mind & spirit. A common example is the Gyan Mudra above - joining the tip of the thumb and index finger which is believed to enhance knowledge and concentration.

The cultural symbolism & mystical power of runes have been used for communication, inspiration, guidance & prophecy since the times of Odin and the Vikings. In this course you will learn about the history and meaning of each rune and discover how to tap into the ancient and powerful energy of Rune Magick and Bind Runes.

Poppets are considered a powerful form of sympathetic magick and the most commonly known ones are in the form of small ‘dollies’. In this workshop we discuss the long history and use of poppets. You will create one to take home and learn the different ways poppet magick can be applied.
