Kelley has been practicing Tai Chi for over 20 years and teaching for 14 of those years. She is excited to share the flow and grace of Tai Chi with those that are interested in improving their overall health and wellbeing. Tai Chi benefits us in body, mind and spirit. It is a gentle movement designed to enhance circulation, balance and stability.
Relax..breathe..flow..align and flow into a daily Tai Chi practice that will increase your energy, strengthen your immune system & balance your body/mind/spirit. Also learn stretching techniques and the basic Qi Gong - The Eight Strand Brocade.

HONOURING OUR RHYTHM

A sacred women’s circle, to awaken our connection to the moon and flow to its natural rhythm. We will discuss the deep connection of women’s cycles to that of the moon’s and the importance of nurturing our bodies throughout each phase.

-learning the ideal times for creating, planning, resting and more
A takeaway will be provided to offer guidance and support should you feel called to continue this work on your own. This is a space for women to learn, connect and share.

A Men’s Circle is a welcoming space for men (and their allies) to connect with each other, to share experiences, uplift voices, and ultimately support one another. This circle’s discussion topic is Healthy Masculinity, and how each of us can embody it.
The attendance fee is $7, to fund the space rental, and there will be a drinks and snacks provided throughout the session.

Certification course for traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Shoden (Level 1). Includes level appropriate teachings, attunements, manual, certificate and hands-on experience. Reiki attunements assist in aligning and amplifying our natural healing energies. We will discuss the history and origins of Reiki. Learn traditional techniques including Gassho, Reiji-Ho, Joshin Kokyuu (breathing, grounding, clearing), hand placement, self-healing and etiquette. Your attunement will include the first two symbols.

Do you practice solitary and occasionally crave the company of other witches? Or just enjoy the magick of the witches circle and ritual? Then we have a space for you dearest one! Let us cast the circle and call the quarters and step through the veil this night! A Gathering of Witches is an evening of magick and ritual. Join fellow practitioners of the craft in circle. Ritual wear is always welcomed but not necessary to attend.
Let us invoke the Goddess of Sorcery herself – Freyja. Embrace the Norse way of sorcery and magick as we gather our voices together to shift and open the veil to invite spirit to join us through a traditional seidr ceremony. Blessed Freyja we await your power and magick on this night!

CONNECT WITH SPIRIT

Join others as we learn to connect to spirit and understand why it’s important to nurture that connection and exercise our intuitive muscle. In this circle, we will engage in a guided meditation to find and connect to our highest self and ask for help as we develop and acknowledge our intuitive gifts. In this interactive workshop we will ask spirit to help us while we practice various ways to receive messages for ourselves and each other. We will also practice a variety of other spiritual modalities such as astral projecting, psychometry and even mediumship. Every circle is different and exciting as we each begin to realize we were all born with the ability to receive messages from beyond.

BOOK OF SHADOWS 101

Kelley created the Witch 101 Series to bring together those of like mind and inquiring minds into space where we can have a forum to learn and to ask those questions that linger in your mind. It is a space where we can ask questions in regards to practicing as a witch, to clarify, to dispel the “….but how do I” queries, to de-mystify and have open conversations with other pagans and witches. Here questions are encouraged and nothing is too silly to ask – let us help one another move deeper into our magickal practices with confidence, courage and dedication.
In this BOS workshop you will discuss the purpose and use of the Witches’ Book Of Shadows while you hand bind your own book. Topics will include use of herbs to protect & bless your BOS, as well as talismans, sigils and spells. The workshop will finish with a ritual blessing for our new Book Of Shadows.

The ‘cimaruta’ is an Italian folk talisman, meaning "sprig of rue," traditionally used for protection against the evil eye, warding off misfortune and attracting luck. Join this eveworkshop as we examine the history, use and application of the cimaruta. Bring your creative heart as we will be assembling a beautiful sprig of your making to take home with you. This gathering is for those that have already certified in Axiatonal Alignment and would like to have a hands-on gathering to review, practice and strengthen their skills. Let’s partner up and practice sessions on each other. Please bring your binders.
Axiatonal Alignment – it is a simple yet powerful energy technique that rejuvenates all levels – physical, emotional and spiritual. It re-connects and aligns the meridians of the body to the Universal Light Grid. The integration of these frequencies for healing and spiritual evolution is done through the body’s sacred geometric grid and spin points. This modality is an excellent compliment to Reiki. Space is limited in the practitioner’s gathering – please pre-register.
Personal Sessions are also available through Kelley or integrated with a combination Reiki/Axiatonal Session.
