Diversity

To me, diversity is one of the most important things that needs to be addressed within a classroom. As a teacher, I strive to make sure that all of my students know they are special and loved.

When it comes to bullying, I will have a no- tolerance policy. I will discuss the issue with the students first, then if no change occurs, I will discuss the issue with the parents. In the end, I will approach the principal about the situation and take the needed steps to dissolve the situation.
