An Epistemic Network Analysis on Change the Museum Discourse

This study uses Epistemic Network Analysis to examine anonymous posts from the Change the Museum repository in June 2020 and June 2021, focusing on connections between interpersonal, institutional, and systemic racism and microaggressions. The analysis revealed stronger ties between implicit microaggressions and institutional racism in 2020, highlighting the need for stakeholders to address evolving experiences of racism and promote inclusivity within museum spaces.
