Standard kit includes:
Prefabricated treated bamboo and wood wall panel frames with flattened bamboo (sa-sa) and weaved bamboo (amakan) cladding
Prefabricated treated bamboo roof panel frames
Treated bamboo trusses (if required for your design)
Epoxy-painted nuts, washers, and threaded rods—cut to size for easy assembly
To be built on-site (not included in modular kit):
Concrete pedestals and footings (as required by the design)
Treated wood for floor framing and final flooring finish
Roofing sheets and flashing
