WISE (Women in International Schools Empowerment)
As Co-Founder and Chairperson of WISE, I support over women from across the globe in securing networks, providing a resource base and arranging mentor partnerships. The 2024 in-person WISE conference welcomed 105 delegates from across Asia. This audience grew to 150 delegates in 2025 and 160 in 2026 in Jakarta.
WISE also runs student led / focused events and a Book Club termly.

I was identified as one of the top influencers of 2021 within international education! ISC Research compiled a list of the most highly rated 'Thought Leaders' within international education, based on LinkedIn, Twitter and public survey data. Top influencers (Edruptors) were selected because of impact to affect change for educators.
