I have been a school leader since 2002  and have successfully undertaken Headships in the UK, Malaysia and The Philippines.  Throughout my career, I have developed a number of projects and initiatives related to Curriculum Development, Safeguarding, Transition and Women in Leadership.  

I am passionate about the power of networks, collaborations and connections. I believe the strength of an organisation lies within it's community and the value it places on well-being. I believe every school should be ‘one with a heart’.  I encourage staff to grow and learn by offering them opportunities to take ownership, lead others and step out of their comfort zones.  I am known for my ability to spot potential within others and empower them by using a coaching approach. 

I hold family values close to my heart.  I  work best in schools, and within organisations, which are at the heart of the community they serve; building relationships and a family from within.  As a mother of two undergraduates, I am passionate about building and growing potential within children and young people whilst also prioritising their well-being and preserving  their positive mental health.
