Here is an essay that I wrote in my English 2222 class freshman year. It was an essay addressing a problem within my community. I chose to speak about starting a support group on campus for students who are grieving the loss of a parent. I am extremely proud of this assignment because I was able to passionately speak about my own experiences, while also considering the other students here at Dominican who may be going through the same situation.
