REGISTRATION IS OPEN
Communication Disorder designation on vehicle registration - beginning January 1, 2024 when Kentucky vehicle owners renew or get a new vehicle registration, they can include if the owner and/or other primary driver has a communication disorder (ex. autistic, deaf or hard of hearing).
