NEW INFORMATION! During Trial for Kiwan Dampeer - people involved were revealed. There are names of people involved out there and witnesses should come forward to capture these dangerous criminals who went into that party intending harm. Armed felons with guns. 

One person named - Quavyon Tucker was killed in July of 2023 before he could be held accountable for any role in this mass shooting.  NEWS STORY

HAVE THEY CAUGHT THE GUY?  WE NEED TO GET THEM ALL! THERE ARE STILL KILLERS AMONGST US IN THE OMAHA COMMUNITY WHO KILLED HER.  While there is one person who is arrested for harming Karly. His trial will being NOV 13 (1 year from the day she was killed) 

There are more people involved.  Karly was shot 8x by multiple guns. Currently, this is still an open investigation to find EVERYONE involved.  There are 2 separate people arrested for gun charges, not related to Karly's death, but related to this incident and mass shooting.  Only 1 person currently is charged with Karly's death who is a repeat felon. 

ISN'T THERE WITNESSES?  While there were many witnesses, over 50-70 attendees at this event at the time of the shooting.  But sadly, no one is speaking, or will testify or speak up for Karly Rain.  Even with a $25,000 reward. We may need to raise funds to increase that reward and encourage those who know the truth to speak up. There ARE people who cold help, we need to increase the reward in hopes they will finally come forward.  There are still killers running free. 

WHAT NOW?  We wait, we pray that someone comes forward, that others are apprehended and charged and prosecuted. We try to live in between the court, trials, sleepless nights of worry and wonder where the other criminals are. We try to keep going without Karly Rain in our lives and wonder how. We fight through the tears and excruciating days of depression and emptiness to keep fighting in her name for change.  WE ALL MUST FIGHT FOR CHANGE. DEMAND IT.  NEBRASKA needs to do better. 

Law makers need to do better.    

WE NEED YOUR INPUT!    IF KARLY'S MURDER and the loss of her in your life effected you, we need to know!  We need your victim impact statement to tell the judges that this isn't okay and it left a hole and effected your living selves.  Please email us with your statement or experiences since Karly was taken from us.  email to us.

WHY WERE VIOLENT FELONS OUT? .. . This is a question we hope to make law makers answer for.  All over the country,  violent offenders are released on pre-trial or before they complete their sentence or never see jail time. The "system" is failing the public and lawmakers have a responsibility to keep our law abiding citizens safe. WE ALL MUST FIGHT FOR CHANGE. DEMAND IT.  NEBRASKA needs to do better.  Did you know.... police DO NOT have access to GPS locations on criminals out on GPS devices?  DID you know that law enforcement do not have proper access for new crimes for criminals who are already in the DNA system for previous violent offenses? This person was also involved with a murder as a juvenile! A life long dangerous criminal who should not be allowed to be amongst the public as he has proven he will re-offend. The system is failing us all.
