A Sunny Start at Palm Tree Elementary is a gamified onboarding program for new teachers, utilizing AhaSlides and interactive technology. The program uses scenario-based challenges, matching pairs, sequence ordering, and real-time evaluations to teach essential school procedures. Participants earn points and compete for rewards, preparing them for their roles.
