While multimedia has taught me how to write professionally it has also taught me to hone in on the imaginative side of writing. Creative writing allows you to express your feelings whether it is in poems, short stories, or novels. I mainly focus on poetry. Many of my poems are based on Mississippi and the Mississippi River which has enriched many poets. Many of my poems have been published in the Hi-Times literary magazine.
