Helen has over 12 years experience teaching fitness, mindfulness, medtiation and well being classes. She is a qualified Master Personal Trainer with Fitness Australia , Yoga Teacher (Registered with Yoga Alliance YTT 200), Mindfulness, Breathe and Meditation Coach, Bootcamp Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
Over the last 5 years her attention has turned towards holistic wellbeing, with focus on flow movement, yin-yoga, vinyassa, meditation, primal and natural movement, and mobility.
Recently, Helen has brought her yoga philosophy and approach to the Sutherland Shire community and building a small community in the Illawong area.
Helen also has 15 years’ experience working as a consultant in large complex change environments main interests and focus on supporting people shift their mindsets when faced with change and challenging work environments. She is also a qualified meditation and mindfulness coach and a yoga teacher and connected with a background in fitness and fitness teaching, she has a strong ability to bring together a holistic approach to mind body connection.
More recently Helen has focused interest towards working with women who aspire to better understand their mind body connection to deal with anxiety, stress and overwhelm through natural approaches to managing their wellbeing. She helps women focus on growing their mindset and finding a healthy balance between work aspirations and personal life.
Helen has built an online community of over 2000 women that share their experiences, knowledge and passion for shifting mindsets and driving change within their lives through focus on mindful movement, living life in flow and creating a deep sense of connection with self.
